On 15 December 2020, an Errata document on the V1.3.8 Implementation Guidelines has been published in the Core PSD2 compliancy section of the Available Documents. On the same date an updated version of the single cards AIS service has been published in the Extended value-added services section of the Available Documents. -
On 2 November 2020, updated versions of the NextGenPSD2 Framework Implementation Guidelines (and related detailed change log), of the domestic AIS/PIS documentation, and of the Security Bulletin have been published (in the Core PSD2 compliancy section of the Available Documents). On the same date an updated version of the single cards AIS service and a new document for multiple consents handling have been published in the Extended value-added services section of the Available Documents. -
On 14 July 2020, an Errata document and a final version of the Extended Service ‘AIS for Single Cards’ have been published. -
On 19 May 2020, a 6-weeks market consultation on a new single cards for AIS endpoint service has been announced and new and updated NextGenPSD2 deliverables have been published. -
On 27 March 2020, several updates have been published: an Errata document with minor errata and new attributes to support the EU price regulation for crossborder credit transfers, an updated Annex with domestic payment and account information features for the Hungarian and the Danish markets, an updated Change Request status overview, and a new OpenAPI file which integrates the requirements from the published errata documentation and from the support of data model extensions induced by the introduction of the Trusted Beneficiary List service (note: the Trusted Beneficiary List related endpoint will be published separately at a later stage). -
On 27 February 2020, an extended ‘List of Trusted Beneficiaries Service’ has been published, required by some jurisdictions in Europe as part of NextGenPSD2 compliancy. The service addresses the provision to the Third Party Provider (TPP) of the list of ‘trusted beneficiaries’ (referenced to the definition in the EBA RTS). The provision of this additional information might depend on rules and conditions within the bank (ASPSP) and/or on an explicit consent of the PSU submitted to the ASPSP. Extensions to the existing account access data data model are shown with revision marks. -
On 3 February 2020, a new update version 1.3.6. of the NextGenPSD2 Framework Implementation Guidelines has been published, integrating all previously published Errata on version 1.3.4, as well as the extended services on displaying account owner names and standing orders, new functionality on transaction confirmation as introduced by the security bulletin in Autumn 2019, extended transaction report and payment initiation data models, new http headers e.g. for transporting TPP brand information for logging, and several other clarifications and new features or functionality. A detailed change log document has been published separately. -
On 6 December 2019, a new Errata document has been published. -
On 25 November 2019, an extension covering Additional Account Information Services with the account owner name has been published. -
On 6 November 2019, a Security Bulletin, an extended Standing Orders Report Service, and an updated full Catalogue of Change Requests have been published. -
On 1 July 2019, a Whitepaper on the results of a recent Market Survey has been published. The Market Survey Whitepaper shows the consolidated results on the major NextGenPSD2 core compliancy implementation choices of already more than 2,500 banks from 24 countries. -
On 12 April 2019, an updated Version 1.3 OpenAPI file has been published. -
On 29 March 2019, a new Errata document, an Annex with domestic payment definitions and an updated Version 1.3 OpenAPI file have been published, together with the formalised Change Management Process and Change Request Form. -
On 18 March 2019 an updated Version 1.3 OpenAPI file has been published. -
On 1 March 2019 the first two extended value add services have been published. -
On 15 February 2019, a new Errata document and an updated Version 1.3 OpenAPI file have been published. -
On 19 October 2018, a Version 1.3 release update of the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Guidelines has been published, complemented on 21 December 2018 with an updated Operational Rules document, an Errata document and a Version 1.3 OpenAPI file. -
On 5 October 2018, a dedicated website for the NextGenPSD2 Conference 2018 was launched at www.xs2a-inpractice.eu -
On 14 September 2018, a Bulletin (Bulletin 01) has been published on the NextGenPSD2 downloads page, announcing important changes within the Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 Framework which will be covered in Version 1.3, relative to Version 1.2. -
On 25 July 2018, a Version 1.2 release update of the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Guidelines has been published. -
On 6 July 2018, a first webinar conference call of the future NextGenPSD2 Advisory Board took place. On 8 June 2018, a market consultation resolved issues document has been published. -
On 18 May 2018, a detailed change log from Version 1.0 to 1.1 has been published. -
On 11 May 2018, a Version 1.1 release update of the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Guidelines has been published. -
On 8 February 2018 the NextGenPSD2 Framework Version 1.0 was published and announced in a press release. -
A NextGenPSD2 Public Market Consultation was organised from 02 October 2017 until 17 November 2017. -
On 25 October 2017 a NextGenPSD2 Conference has been organised in Berlin. -
On 27 September 2017 the launch of the NextGenPSD2 Public Market Consultation was announced in a press release. -
On 13 June 2017 the creation of the 'Access to Account Framework' was announced in a press release.
